a traditional real estate transaction, the
Buyer's broker is typically paid a 3% commission
from the Seller's proceeds. Representing
a Buyer, we will accept 2% allowing our Buyers
the choice of how they want to use the extra
commission.
Our
Buyers choose how they want to use the extra
commission, either as a credit towards their
closing costs or as a credit to the Seller
to strengthen their offer. This gives our
Buyers’ offers immediate competitive
advantage. Your offer will be more compelling
to the Seller than other offers of even higher
values.
For example, if you made an offer of $750,000
for a home, it would be worth $7,500 more
to the Seller to accept your offer than one
made with a realtor charging 3%.
