Virtue Real Estate is determined to improve the way real estate is practiced by providing a superior level of service for our clients at a Reduced Commission Rate. Our office is comprised of highly sophisticated, market-savvy agents and a dedicated support staff. Our agents work together in a collaborative team environment resulting in the most efficient and effective method of buying or selling a home. We pass the savings along to our clients.

In every real estate transaction, the Seller pays both the Buyer's broker and the Seller's broker. Traditionally, 6% is split between the agents with each receiving 3%. We believe the 3% commission for each side of the transaction is too high given the cost of real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. Virtue Real Estate accepts a maximum of 2% or less for our side of the transaction, regardless of what we are offered.

When representing the Seller, our talented marketing staff uses state-of-the-art marketing techniques and designs eye-catching marketing materials that highlight your property. Our Sellers’ homes are prominently featured in numerous newspapers, web sites and are cross-marketed. It’s just an added bonus that our clients receive this level of service for a maximum of 2% commission, or less.

When representing the Buyer, the team is on the lookout for the perfect home match for our client. Our agents listen carefully to what our clients are interested in, and pool their resources to find the most options for our clients. Again we will accept a maximum of 2% commission, allowing the buyer to use the commission savings towards closing costs or as a credit to the Seller to strengthen the Buyer’s offer. In a competitive market this can make a difference!
